The promoter of this competition is Wright Insurance Brokers (the “Promoter”)
Closing date for entries is the 19th October 2023.
By entering and participating in this competition, participants are showing they agree to these Terms. All entry instructions and any other specific details relating to the competition or the prizes form part of these Terms.
Entry
To enter the competition, entrants will be required to opt into the competition at our exhibition stand on Thursday 19th October 2023.
Entrants must agree to the Terms and Conditions on the competition registration form to be eligible for entry.
This competition is open to Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Howden Insurance (Ireland) Limited, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
Wright Insurance Brokers retains the right to disqualify any entrant to any competition which it considers has used inappropriate means to enter.
Prize
There will be one prize provided by Wright Insurance Brokers.
The winner of the competition will receive a Fitbit Smart Watch valued at €120.
The prize may not be substituted for a cash alternative or used against an alternative product.
The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrant.
The Promoter shall have no liability to the Prize Winner if the Prize Winner is unable to take up the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or the terms and conditions of the competition, with no liability to any entrants, Prize Winner or any third party.
The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.
The Winner
The Promoter shall not be responsible for any matter arising out of or resulting from the enjoyment of the Prize. The Promoter shall have no liability to the Prize Winner in the event that the Prize Winner is unable to take up the prize or cannot be traced after all reasonable efforts. Wright Insurance Brokers reserve the right to give the prize to another entrant.
There will be one prize winner (“Prize Winner”) who will be drawn at random from eligible entries on the 19th of October 2023.
Promotion
By entering the competition, entrants agree to take part in any associated promotion.
Wright Insurance Brokers will promote the competition via digital channels, including but not limited to the Company website and social media platforms.
Data Protection
By entering this competition, you agree for your data to be shared with Howden Insurance (Ireland) Limited employees if you expressed your interest in other insurance solutions offered by Howden Insurance (Ireland) Limited. It will not be used for any third-party marketing purposes.
All information will be processed in accordance with Howden Insurance (Ireland) Limited privacy notice.
This competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish Law. Any dispute arising out or in connection with this competition be dealt with exclusively by the courts of Ireland.
